The 82nd Plaza Art Fair (09-20-2013)
Last Friday, the family and I went to the 82nd Plaza Art Fair at the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO.
Here is how it went and what we saw:
(I was not able to take that many photos of the art because they gave us stinky faces, wagged their stubby fingers, and/or growled at people who took photos of the art. So no bueno. Instead you get to see a lot of “us” in the photos! 🙂 Also, it was night time so the photos are a bit on the dark side and taken with my handy dandy iphone 4, no I have yet to upgrade. App used was Visual Supply Company.)
Diana and cherubs fountain by the entrance.
The girls and I in front of the fountain. Aspen didn’t want to be in the picture.
Stage and lots of people by the entrance
There was art. This one was my favorite.
There was street food and mini restaurant set ups.
Ordering under the moon
Lots of art, but not photos, cause they growled at you if you took photos of the art 😦
There were about 3 food courts
I seem to run into behemoth dinosaur size dogs in this city
Who is behind me?
Being silly with the girls
More people and cool buildings.
More music and dancing
The bridge, the river, and a stage from afar. I have to get the girls on the gondola and take this ride.
Aspen dancing on the street
It got a little cool.
Artist tents lined up the streets.
Worn out from walking and dancing.
Was on my last leg here, lol.
Last one on our way out.
